Toro Collective

Your business is better than your brand.

Let’s fix that. I design brands beautiful enough to sell and solid enough to last for years.

I believe beauty is the hardest working marketing a business will ever own. Ads stop the day you stop paying, and a good brand keeps selling for years after my invoice is paid.

I’m Toro, and I don’t hand over a logo and disappear.

I’ve made brands since 2010, starting with a cinema chain logo that is still in use. Since 2013 I’ve worked in brand design, from the 2016 Baku Grand Prix trophy to Kontakt and Kiwitaxi. Other projects include Amazon Prime Video, Laver Cup, EPCR, AFCON, SBK and UNIQLO.

I work with founders directly, with no account managers in between. I stay through the rollout, train your team and still pick up the phone years later.

Toro Collective is my studio. I lead every project myself and bring in a small circle of specialists when the work moves into physical space.

Strategy and branding

A strong brand can’t be built without meaning. Finding it and building it into the concept is where every project of mine starts. You need it when you’re starting a business, launching a new product or service, or have outgrown your name, your story or your first idea.

Visual and verbal communication

My visual decisions for business are based on one simple method: your brand should stand out instead of blending in with whatever AI can generate in a minute or the boring, generic noise that fills the internet. Visual and verbal identity is my big love, and it’s mutual. You need it when your brand could belong to any company in your market.

Digital environment

Most people meet your brand on a screen first. I design websites, microsites and digital templates as part of the identity system, so the brand looks and sounds the same everywhere. You need it when your website looks like a different company from the one you run.

Experiential design and wayfinding

Most identities die somewhere between the presentation and the real world. I take brands into stores, vans, uniforms, sports venues and hospitality areas, with spatial and wayfinding specialists when a space needs them. You need it when your brand leaves the screen and real people have to experience it, whether your business lives in the real world or your digital business is stepping into it.

Bring the business.
I’ll bring the brand.
